Deborah Lloyd

As General Counsel for Veolia’s Water Technologies & Solutions business, Deborah and her global team provide legal, compliance and risk support for a broad portfolio that includes water and wastewater treatment, reuse and outsourcing, chemical treatment solutions for industrial businesses, hydrocarbon processing technology, and services in over 170 countries, with approximately 10,000 employees.

Deborah’s most recent role was as General Counsel for GE’s Water & Process Technologies Business. She joined General Electric in 2004 and held roles of increasing responsibility throughout her time with GE, including Associate General Counsel for GE.
