Heidi Munro

Heidi Munro is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of the organization's overall business plan and strategic direction, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, diversity and inclusion, and compensation.

Heidi joined Veolia in February 2023 as the Human Resource leader for North America. Prior to joining the company, Heidi held leadership positions in international corporations such as SGS, DuPont, and PQ Corporation. Raised in a multicultural, multilingual environment, Heidi has lived in Belgium, England, Canada, Switzerland, and Japan. She is now based in the United States.
