Ozone generators designed for industrial and commercial applications

The TOGC range of ozone generators use high performance and reliable Ozonia corona discharge technology. TOGC models have variable ozone production control and can be integrated with optional oxygen concentrator and compressor components.

Overview

TOGC8X, 13X & 45X

The TOGC, TOGC8X, 13X & 45X ozone generators are wall-mountable, air cooled ozone generators designed for industrial and commercial applications. TOGC models are corona discharge ozone generators with variable output and are available with integrated oxygen concentrator and compressor options.

Each TOGCX system incorporates function indicators, a feed gas flowmeter, oxygen concentrator and variable output control, as well as a compressor driven oxygen concentrator with automatically regenerated desiccant columns.

  • Variable ozone output up to 8 - 13 – 45 g/h
  • TOGCX models provide integrated oxygen concentrators and compressors
  • TOGC models operate under negative or positive pressure
  • Illuminated switches indicate ozone production and faults
  • Air cooled (8X & 13X)
  • Water cooled (45X)

Applications

  • Industrial oxidation process
  • Drinking Water
  • Bottled Water

How It Works

How TOGC technology works

Ozone is produced when oxygen gas is passed over the ceramic dielectric of an ozone generating module. The module is powered by a high voltage/high frequency power board. A variable module power supply enables electronic control of the ozone production rate.

The electronic power board is designed for continuous operation, with the added safety feature of ‘fold back’ short circuit protection. The dielectric is housed within a finned heat sink block, which is air cooled by fan assisted atmospheric air on the TOGC8X and TOGC13X, and water cooled on the TOGC45X.
