Our Fleet

Maintain your system operations with our comprehensive mobile fleet. At Veolia, our temporary wastewater treatment plant can keep your system operations running with influent and pre-treatment, high purity/demineralized and effluent and re-use on-demand mobile water technologies including:

  • Pre-treatment, influent water technologies
  • High-purity / demineralization and decarbonization technologies
  • Effluent / reuse /reclamation technologies
  • Process separations
  • Produced water technologies

Our on-demand mobile water treatment mobile fleet includes:

  • Mobile multimedia filters
    • Multimedia filters, to reduce solids, lower downstream loading/fouling. Reduces cleaning, increase throughput, increase membrane life. Lower overall costs. Superior silt and suspended solids reduction, lower pressure drops.
  • Pressurized ultrafiltration
    • M-PAK line of pressurized mobile ultrafiltration (UF) systems for surface water solids reduction, delivering water 100x as clean of suspended solids compared to normal filtration. Improves the life of all downstream equipment. Great for clarifier bypass, cooling towers, general pretreatment, or drinking water production.
  • Mobile RO systems
    • Mobile RO systems are capable of removing the finest particles in water with up to 99.9% removal of dissolved ions, bacteria, pathogens, organics, particles, colloids, color, and oxidizing agents. Our fleet includes integrated systems including prefiltration within a single asset. Each of our trailers can deliver 300-650 GPM (68 m3/hr -  148 m3/hr) in a single pass and 150-300 GPM (34 m3/hr – 68 m3/hr) in 2-pass mode. A broad range of high rejection brackish and seawater water membrane systems can be applied inflows from 40 to 5,000 GPM and beyond with low energy and low fouling membranes to reduce operating costs.
  • Electrodionization (EDI)
    • Used for high purity applications, EDI is a combination of ion exchange resins, ion-selective membranes, and direct current to deionize water. Using Veolia’s E-Cell EDI technology, our systems can continuously treat softened water to deliver demineralized water of very high quality for special industrial applications.
  • Mobile ED for amine reclaim
    • Veolia’s Mobile ED Systems are designed to provide a quick and easy service for the removal of Heat Stable Amine Salts (HSAS) from Amine, demineralization of MEG/DEG/TEG streams from upstream gas treatment or other process streams.
  • DAF/DNF clarification service with dissolved air flotation
    • Flotation equipment provides compact, preassembled space-efficient units in various stainless steel grades to meet a wide range of medium to high load industrial applications.
  • Membrane bioreactor (MBR)
    • The Mobile MBR is a compact, self-contained, ready-to-operate unit designed to treat wastewater for a variety of applications.
  • Tertiary treatment
    • Veolia mobile systems equipped with ZeeWeed* UF immersed membranes are providing beneficial reuse, turning wastewater into a valuable source. Veolia systems consistently produce high-quality water, are easy to operate, are capable of handling solids spikes, and are less vulnerable to process upsets.
  • Auxiliary equipment
    • Filter press: Optimal separation of liquid and solid after primary treatment. For influents of solids following decantation or a DAF process.
    • Pump skids: Range of versatile low-pressure pump skids to complement the market, supplying water to industrial users on an emergency, scheduled, or long-term basis.
  • InSight for Temporary Mobile Water & Wastewater Bridge Solutions
