Case Study 1

•An existing beverage production facility switched water sources to a deeper aquifer.

•CIP frequency went from quarterly to every 6 weeks.

•A retrofit Permeate Flush with Enhanced Soak was implemented, and RO Recovery % increased from 90% to 93.6% (and stabilized) and CIP frequency went back to quarterly.

This increased volumetric recovery saved ~ 4 million gallons per year and eliminated 80 labor hours associated with excessive cleaning frequency, and contributed to more production efficiency since the site was not flow-limited during CIP
