Glass Fiber: Flotrex GF Capsule

Flotrex GF Capsules (CFGF) feature acrylic resin-bonded glass microfiber media in a polypropylene housing, designed for high particle-load applications. These filters excel as both pre-filters and final filters when membrane filtration isn't required. Offering reliable particle retention and extended service life, they're ideal for small-volume processes and can be sterilized by autoclave, steam, or chemical sanitization.

PTFE Membrane: Memtrex FE Capsule

Memtrex FE capsule filters (CMFE) use 100% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane technology to deliver absolute filtration with minimal extractables. These highly hydrophobic filters, individually integrity tested during production, are optimized for chemical and air filtration applications. They can be sterilized by autoclave, steam, or chemical sanitization.​​​​​

PES Membrane: Memtrex MP Capsule

Memtrex MP capsules filters (CMMP) feature polyethersulfone (PES) membranes delivering high throughput and precise particle retention. These hydrophilic filters offer exceptional chemical and pH resistance, with DI water rinsing during manufacture for enhanced purity. Their low protein binding properties and broad chemical compatibility make them ideal for beverage, pharmaceutical, and electronics applications. Suitable for autoclave sterilization or chemical sanitization.

Nylon Membrane: Memtrex NY Capsule

Memtrex NY (nylon) capsule filters (CMNY) combine polyester housing with dual-layer nylon 66 membrane technology. The innovative design features a prefilter membrane over a final membrane layer to extend filter life. These hydrophilic filters are thermally welded without adhesives for low extractables and are 100% integrity tested. Suitable for chemical, beverage, and water processing, they can be autoclaved or chemically sanitized (avoiding acidic solutions).
