Chief Financial Officer
Adrien Fremau is the interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. He is responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial operations, internal audit, accounting, treasury, tax, risk, and business development, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint venture initiatives.
Adrien most recently held the position of CFO for SUEZ North America and its parent company, SUEZ Group. He was responsible for SUEZ North America’s strategic planning program and all financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, financial operations, mergers and acquisition, accounting, treasury, regulatory business, and procurement.
Before joining SUEZ North America, Adrien was Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for SUEZ Group, where he was responsible for the financial planning and modeling, and review of key projects for the Group. Adrien was also a CFO of SUEZ Industrial Solutions, and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Degrémont, a SUEZ subsidiary specializing in Construction, Operation and Maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants and equipments.
Adrien began his career at Ernst & Young, where he gained experience in statutory audit, primarily for engineering and construction companies in the environmental sector. Adrien earned his M.B.A. at IAE of Paris and his Master in Civil Work Engineering at École Spéciale des Travaux Publics.
