Naomi Creighton
General Counsel
As General Counsel for Veolia’s Water Technologies & Solutions business, Naomi and her global team provide legal, compliance, and risk support for a broad portfolio that includes water and wastewater treatment, reuse and outsourcing, chemical treatment solutions for industrial businesses, hydrocarbon processing technology and services in 130 countries worldwide.
Naomi joined Veolia in 2013, managing legal, risk, and compliance across Veolia's water, waste, and energy businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Most recently, Naomi held the role of Senior Legal Counsel M&A and Major Projects with Veolia Environnement in France. In this role, she oversaw major projects and mergers and acquisitions carried out by Veolia globally, including in Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, and advising in other jurisdictions, including North America and Latin America.
Prior to joining Veolia, Naomi held private practice and in-house roles of increasing responsibility in Australia and the United Kingdom. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Management and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Canberra, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Skills, and Ethics from Griffith University.
