Sievers 500 On-Line TOC Analyzers provide the stability and accuracy customers need for online UPW monitoring, particularly for pharmaceutical and semiconductor applications. With an operating range of 0.03 ppb to 2.5 ppm, these analyzers offer the lowest limit of detection for reagentless, online UPW TOC analyzers. The 500 RL Analyzers use Sievers membrane conductometric technology to deliver ultra low-level accuracy and reliability without the false positive and false negative readings associated with other simplified TOC technologies. Sievers Membrane Conductometric Technology
Sievers Membrane Conductometric technology uses a gas-permeable membrane to selectively pass only the CO2 produced from the oxidation of organics. This prevents acids, bases, and halogenated compounds from interfering with the conductivity measurement from oxidation, thus preventing false high or false low TOC readings.
