TOGC Ozone Generator

Ozone generator designed for industrial and commercial applications

The TOGC ozone generator use high performance and reliable ozonia corona discharge technology. TOGC models have variable ozone production control and can be integrated with optional oxygen concentrator and compressor components.

Overview

The TOGC series consists of corona discharge ozone generators featuring adjustable output and complete integration with oxygen concentrator and compressor systems. Available in four models - TOGC8X, 13X, 45X, and 55X - these units deliver ozone production rates of 8 g O3/h, 13 g O3/h, 45 g O3/h, and 55 g O3/h respectively, making them ideal for smaller-scale ozone applications.

These wall-mountable, air-cooled generators are engineered for industrial and commercial use. Each TOGCX system comes equipped with comprehensive monitoring features including function indicators, feed gas flowmeters, and variable output controls. The integrated oxygen concentrator operates with a compressor-driven system that includes automatically regenerating desiccant columns, providing a complete, self-contained ozone generation solution for various applications.

How It Works

Ozone is produced when oxygen gas is passed over the ceramic dielectric of an ozone generating module. The module is powered by a high voltage/high frequency power board. A variable module power supply enables electronic control of the ozone production rate.

The electronic power board is designed for continuous operation, with the added safety feature of ‘fold back’ short circuit protection. The dielectric is housed within a finned heat sink block, which is air cooled by fan assisted atmospheric air on the TOGC8X and TOGC13X, and water cooled on the TOGC45X, and 55X.
