Tax Exempt Customers

For customers who are Tax Exempt, it is important that we have a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate on file to ensure proper billing. Please send a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate referencing Veolia WTS Analytical Instruments, Inc (or Veolia WTS International USA, Inc for Puerto Rico) to nam.fulfillment.sievers@veolia.com 

 

Warranty & Services

With our factory warranty and services, we provide peace of mind and assurance in the quality and performance of Sievers products. Basic factory warranty is provided for each new Sievers instrument and covers defects in materials and workmanship on our products as well as free technical support. Coverage includes all non-consumable parts, factory labor repairs performed in our regional factories, and unlimited telephone support. If repairs are needed at your facility, additional travel and labor charges may apply. Reach out to your local representative to explore more comprehensive repair coverage options.

Preventive maintenance is critical to maintaining operation and reliability of your Sievers instruments. Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMs) provide peace of mind by maximizing uptime and ensuring optimal performance of your equipment. All PMs cover any consumables and labor by our Certified Field Service Engineers (FSEs) who perform the recommended maintenance work on a preset schedule. They will also run enhanced diagnostics to determine if your instrument is underperforming, and recommend any corrective actions, if needed. Your local representative can work with you to determine the best PM coverage to meet your needs.
